Our community engagement strategies include World Cafe and kitchen table community conversations, surveys, open houses, community outreach and neighborhood canvassing.
Meeting Planning & Facilitation
Actively participate in your next meeting, retreat or planning session while our team handles the planning, facilitation and logistics. Our services include planning, facilitation, note taking and preparing a summary report of key insights and next steps.
Training
Customized and engaging training on various topics. Our services include planning sessions to develop a training that meets your needs, training materials, a participant satisfaction survey and a debrief meeting to share the survey results and discuss recommended next steps.
Grant Writing
With expertise writing foundation, state, and federal grants, we bring your vision to life through the following grant-related services: researching, writing and submitting proposals, securing letters of support, and developing grant budgets.
Speakers Bureau
Look no further for an engaging and affordable speaker for your event! Our Speakers Bureau features diverse speakers who possess the passion and expertise to take your event to the next level. Your participants will leave inspired, ready to take action and wanting more.
Next Level Mentoring Program
Next Level is an after school mentoring program for 9- to 13-year-old, at-risk youth who reside in the City of Racine. Our team of diverse mentors work with youth in the areas of leadership and character development, technology, and physical wellness. Next Level Mentoring Program serves 30 youth from September to December for two days per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) at a local community center. Next Level is provided at no-cost and program highlights include:
